Pickled onion, lingon berries, thyme mayonnasie, chanterelles & deep fried leeks

Maincourse: Dover MSC

Brussel sprouts, roesauce, crispy potatoes & citrus mayonnasie

Dessert:  Pear Parfait ” Sandwich”

Namelakka, pecans & bay leaves cooked pear

Starters: Seaweed “Gravlax”

Chiliaioli, soytapioka, trout roe, saffron pickled fennel & yuzu vinegrette

Maincourse: Veal “Strip Loin”

Salt baked beets, peppar mayonnasie, kale, capers, pickled onion, vinegar sauce

Dessert:  Calvados Apples 

Almond cake, creme cheese ice cream & rosemary almond

Wednesday & saturday

Starters: Charred cabbage

Jerusalem artichoke, confied tomatoes, roasted garlic mayonnasie & salt roasted hazelnutz

Maincourse:  Cod MSC

Pickled mushroom, chicken mayonnasie, mussel sauce, deep fried mussels & butter seared black root

Dessert: Browned butter ice cream
