Accomandation

In connection with booking your wedding, we offer a lower price for overnight stays on the event day and the day before and after your wedding. Your guests book themselves via our website with your unique code or by phone.

The rooms are available for your guests to book for four weeks in connection with the invitation.

The prices apply when you book at least 30 double rooms if you booked the large dining room and at least 10 double rooms if you booked in the small dining room. We are not able to accept weddings that do not book overnight stays with us.

Bridal suite

Most bridal couples book the suite from the day before to be able to enjoy the day and get ready in peace and quiet. Many people think it is so fantastic here with us so they choose to stay an extra night after the wedding!

The bridal suite on the wedding night 3995sek including accommodation & breakfast buffet, entrance for two hours to one of our spa areas, loan of bathrobe, 5 red roses, a bottle of sparkling wine, and a box of chocolate.

Party venues

Access to the dinner room on your wedding day from 12.00 the room is furnished and set the same day. We tablecloths with white tablecloths, white or gray napkins, Skulltuna candlesticks and white vases with white flowers. If you want to decorate the tables with your own flowers and balconies, it is fine.

We do not allow own decorations on walls or on the ceiling.

Tasting weekend

To help you find your favorites among our fantastic dishes, we invite you to a tasting weekend at the beginning of the year. The arrangement is much appreciated. The bride and groom usually say that a lot falls into place after the tasting weekend. You taste all the different dishes on the wedding menu as well as carefully selected drinks for each dish. Come hungry!

The tasting weekend includes dinner, accommodation, our wonderful breakfast buffet, a bathrobe and admission to one of our spa areas for two hours.

Today’s lunch in the dining room from 195sek per person. We can serve cold dishes in the suite when you prepare from 225sek per person

Payment terms

When you book, a booking fee of 30 000sek must be paid within 14 days. The booking fee will be deducted from the final bill on the wedding day. Three months before the event, the number of guests is definitely announced and 95 percent of the value of the event is paid. Supplements to the original wedding arrangement are paid no later than 30 days before arrival. The remaining amount is paid upon departure. All prices are stated including VAT. Wedding bookings are always confirmed in writing. We do not take any preliminary bookings.

Cancellation policy

We cancellation made before the advance invoice of 95% is paid, will accrue the booking fee of SEK 30000 Gullmarsstrand. Cancellations made no later than 8 weeks before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total value of the order. The cancellation made later will be charged 100% of the ordered value including the cost of 30 hotel rooms.
