The Following Applies to all Images, Unless otherwise Stated:

• The images are free to use by media and organizations in connection with articles or invitations to Gullmarsstrand
• For publication in books, please contact info@gullmarsstrand.se
• The images may be used for private purposes.
• Copyright Gullmarsstrand must always be stated when publishing. If the photographer’s name is provided in the file information, this should also always be stated.
• The images may not be used for marketing purposes, or used on products, packaging, advertising prints, postcards, posters or similar.
• Use of the images in public performance, public display or distribution to the public may not occur without permission.
• Manipulation of the images may not occur without permission — beyond normal editing. It is not allowed to crop the images without permission.
• The images may not be archived. Drawing of the images is not allowed. The images may not be resold or distributed to third parties.
• Use in violation of the above rules will be invoiced by Gullmarsstrand Hotell och Konferens AB
