Five courses, from mulled wine to dessert

You will begin the evening’s culinary experience with mulled wine and 3 x canapés served in our Library.

The evening then continues in Restaurant G*, where you will be met by the second course already on the table. Herring, cheese, bread & butter start the evening’s dinner.
The following two courses consist of a Christmas-inspired fish dish and a Christmas-inspired meat dish.

Afterward, it’s time to stretch your legs, change scenery, and let the Veranda welcome you into a world of sweets. The dessert buffet is set up with everything from traditional ‘äggost’ to homemade Christmas fudge, and of course, you are welcome to take it back to your table if you prefer not to sit on our Veranda.

The kitchen team works with local ingredients and great creative joy in an uncomplicated and natural way. The ingredients are seasonal, and fish and shellfish are naturally in focus. Let us surprise you with a well-prepared and exciting 5-course dinner and beverage menu! The beverage package is additional.
You will sleep well in our Carpe Diem beds and enjoy a wonderful breakfast buffet the next day. Entry to Sinnenas Havsbad & Relax is additional; please contact us for more information.

If you book multiple nights, the package contents are provided on the first day; other nights include room and breakfast only. If you wish to change the day for the package contents, you can note this in the preferences field.
We recommend booking dinner for additional days in advance.
