WHEN CAN I CHECK IN AT THE HOTEL?
You can check in from 3:00 PM (Oct-May) and 4:00 PM (June-Aug). If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to store your luggage in our luggage room until the room is ready. If the room is cleaned and ready before check-in time, you will of course get access to the room earlier.
WHEN DO I HAVE TO CHECK OUT FROM THE HOTEL?
You have your room until 11:00 AM on departure day as a private guest and 9:00 AM as a conference guest.
IS SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE ROOM?
We have a smoke-free hotel and indoor smoking is prohibited. E-cigarettes are also prohibited.
ARE THERE DOG ROOMS?
For those traveling with dogs, we have selected rooms for you and your four-legged friend for an additional cost of 300 kr/room per night. Important to notify when booking – otherwise we unfortunately cannot guarantee a place for your dog. Dogs are warmly welcome to spend their time in the rooms or in our lobby, but no access to our restaurants, bars or our relaxation areas.
IS THERE A GYM AT THE HOTEL?
Yes, we have a smaller gym with Bohuslän’s bluest view. Here you’ll find treadmill, cross trainer, exercise bike, rowing machine, kettlebells. As our hotel guest, you use the gym for free. If you’re not staying but still want to use the gym, you can buy a monthly pass for 195 kr or day entry for 50 kr.
ARE SPA TREATMENTS OFFERED?
We offer spa treatments in collaboration with Jochnicks Hälsa.
IS THERE A SPA SECTION?
Our spa is divided into two sections, on either side of the pier. In Sinnenas Havsbad, which sits on stilts in the sea, there’s a traditional sauna, aroma room, relaxation area, and two outdoor pools that maintain 38°C year-round.
In Sinnenas Relax there’s a traditional sauna and indoor pool with only a glass wall facing the pier and sea.
Both offer the opportunity to swim in the salty sea. Book your time when making your reservation, duration 2 hours.
ARE CHILDREN WELCOME IN THE BATHS?
We have a 15-year age limit in the baths. But we have an exception and that’s daily from 12:30-2:30 PM when children from 8 years are welcome accompanied by a guardian.
HOW DO YOU FIND YOUR WAY TO US?
We are located about 1.5 hours south of the Norwegian border and about 1 hour north of Gothenburg.

DIRECTIONS
Exit E6 at exit 96, Torp junction/Uddevalla towards Lysekil road 161.
From road 161 turn towards Fiskebäckskil, follow signs to Gullmarsstrand, pass Tempohallen on the right side, follow Kristinebergsvägen, turn right onto Reparn, Kvarnvägen and then you’re on Strandvägen (drive straight ahead, all the way down to the sea), park in the parking lot and follow the path to reception. NOTE: during summer, parking permits are required, which you get at reception.
IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes, we have parking. In summer we cannot guarantee space for all hotel guests – then there are parking spaces at Bökeviks parking, 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel.
DO YOU OFFER BOOKABLE PACKAGES?
Yes, we offer a selection of packages based on season. For example, lobster and crayfish safari, hiking, padel tennis, golf, spa, gourmet and of course our “just be” packages where you can simply enjoy the beautiful environment, good food and a good night’s sleep in our comfortable Carpe Diem beds.
CAN YOU GET MARRIED HERE?
We have extensive experience with weddings and celebrations. With us you can feel secure and we’ll take care of you in the best possible way.
IS THERE A GUEST MARINA?
Yes, we have 12 spaces and bookings are only made via dockspot.se

IS THERE FREE WIFI?
Yes, we offer free WiFi to our hotel, day spa, restaurant and conference guests.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE OFFERED?
We have been a cashless hotel since January 2018. For us working at the hotel, this means a safer workplace. For our guests and visitors, it means security through fast and safe payment. We accept all common debit and credit cards, Swish, and when you book on the website you can also choose to pay by invoice. Please contact us if you have questions.
CONFERENCE
WHAT CONFERENCE FACILITIES DO YOU HAVE?
We offer both small group rooms to our largest conference room that accommodates 200 people in theater seating. All our facilities are completely renovated and have the latest technical equipment. Of course, all rooms have sea views.
WHAT CONFERENCE PACKAGES DO YOU OFFER?
We offer a wide selection of conference packages both with and without activities.

RESTAURANT
WHEN IS BREAKFAST SERVED?
Breakfast is served:
Monday–Friday 7:00-10:00 AM
Saturday–Sunday 7:00-10:30 AM
Note Summer time & holidays breakfast times may change.
Please note that breakfast times may vary, feel free to contact us and we’ll tell you more! You book your breakfast time when you arrive at the hotel.
DO YOU SERVE DAILY LUNCH?
During low season there may be days we don’t serve lunch. Please call ahead tel 0523-66 77 88.

CAN YOU JUST COME TO EAT?
You are welcome to just come and eat with us for breakfast, lunch, a la carte, veranda menu or just for coffee or something good to drink on our Veranda.
WHAT A LA CARTE MENU DO YOU HAVE?
We regularly change the content of our menu and work with ingredients based on season and as locally sourced as possible.
DO YOU HANDLE ALLERGIES/SPECIAL DIETARY REQUESTS?
Please notify us well in advance so we have time to prepare as well as possible for your meals.

IS ENTRY INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGES?
Entry is not included in all our packages. For more information see each package for what’s included.
ARE BATHROBES AVAILABLE?
Yes, bathrobes are available to borrow and are in all our rooms.
ARE CHILDREN WELCOME IN THE BATHS?
We have an age limit in our spa section but between 12:30-2:30 PM children aged 8 to 14 may accompany adults.
Other times we have an age limit of 15 years.
GIFT CARDS
CAN YOU BUY GIFT CARDS FROM YOU?
Yes, you can easily do so on our website where you order, pay and print your gift card yourself. You can choose between a ready-made package or any amount.
