Here warmth, tranquility and views in all directions await. In Sinnenas Havsbad you’ll find saunas, aroma rooms and relaxation areas with sea views. Outside, two warm and inviting infinity pools await, plus stairs leading straight down into the world’s largest pool – the sea.

Traditional sauna with sea view

Here you can relax in the sauna’s dry heat and gaze out over the fjord.
Perfect before a dip in the infinity pool or in the sea below.
Aroma room with gentle heat

Here you’re enveloped by gentle warmth and mild fragrances. The temperature is around 45 degrees – a peaceful experience for body and mind, with views over the sea.
Relax with sea view

The relaxation lounge is a bright environment with comfortable sun loungers and large glass panels facing the sea. Here you’ll want to linger between sauna sessions and dips.
Cold meets warmth

Cool down with freshly frozen ice or take the stairs down into the sea. A refreshing end to your time in the warmth.

Warmth on land

In the warm, shallow indoor pool you rest with views toward the pier and the sea beyond.
Here you’ll also find a sauna plus treatments and gym nearby.
Sun and tranquility by the sea

Outside, the pier awaits with comfortable sun loungers – perfect for a moment in the sun between bathing and sauna.
Here you rest with the sea breeze as company and views over the fjord.
Swim in the world’s largest pool

Take a dip directly from the pier between Sinnenas Relax and Sinnenas Havsbad.
Here you meet the sea in the simplest and most beautiful way – clear, fresh and always close.
Traditional sauna

The warm sauna in Sinnenas Relax offers tranquility and recovery after bathing.
Here you rest in pleasant warmth, sometimes with views toward the pier – sometimes with blinds closed for a more secluded moment.

SPA TREATMENTS

You can book a variety of treatments designed for relaxation and well-being, such as different types of massage, body treatments and facials, all performed by experienced therapists to ensure a deep and effective relaxation.

Our gym has everything you need for a solo workout – with sea views and close to both Sinnenas Havsbad and Sinnenas Relax.

Here you can wake up your body before the sauna or let your pulse settle after a dip.

Spa entrance for guests not staying at the hotel 450:-

If spa entrance is not included in the package you booked, it can be booked separately, subject to availability. Contact us and we’ll help you.

AGE LIMIT
We have an age limit in our spa section, but between 12:30-2:30 PM children aged 8 to 14 may accompany adults.
Other times we have an age limit of 15 years.

Cool off or warm up with your favorite drink!
Can be ordered on site during your spa stay.

SHOWERS

The showers at Sinnenas Havsbad & Relax are designed to complete your spa experience. Here you can freshen up after the sauna or pool, which contributes to a complete and rejuvenated feeling.
