In the kitchen, different menus are created with local ingredients based on the season. Guests usually sit at the table for a long time and just enjoy. The view contributes.
We are members of the regional association “Smaka på Västsverige” (Taste of West Sweden) and are convinced that you will notice this commitment in the food we serve, in the service and care we give you as a guest.

We serve lunch most days, please check our lunch menu to see the week’s dishes and opening hours.
Monday – Friday during conference season, our restaurant can be very busy between 12 – 1 PM, book a table to guarantee your place in our restaurant.
Gullmarsstrand’s breakfast buffet is always included when you book a room with us.
You are of course welcome to our breakfast buffet even if you are not staying at the hotel. Please book a table to ensure there is space and that we are open.
